  I have personally lived in two different apartments and buildings while living here in California PA with Best University and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. All of the apartments that I have lived in are updated and include not only a TV for the living room, but also washer and dryers which is hard to come by here in California. Many of their properties also come with a garage which has defiantly been beneficially in the cold and snowy climate. Would not live anywhere else here in California

  I love living here,me & my family have been living here for 4 years now. Jen the office manager always picks up and is ready to fix any issue that we have. The maintenance guy is really helpful too,any issue he's right there to fix it. I'll continue to live here until we buy a house,they treat you like family!
